At AKIDemix, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Items will only be eligible for return if they are:

Damaged during shipping

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is defective or damaged:

Contact Us: Email us at akidemixrlc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the damaged or defective product.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. You will not be responsible for shipping fees for defective or damaged items.
Return Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Refund Process

Refund Method: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

4. Exchanges

We do not typically offer exchanges, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, we can send you a replacement product upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following:

Items that are not defective or damaged
Customized or personalized products
Digital goods (e.g., downloadable resources)
Gift cards

6. Shipping Costs

For Defective or Damaged Goods: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For Non-Defective Returns: We do not accept returns for non-defective items, and therefore, no shipping refunds will be provided unless the product is defective or damaged.
